AFGANISTÁN ELECCIONES

EXERCISE A CIVIC RIGHT IS A RIGHT OF EVERY CITIZEN OF A COUNTRY, TODAY THE AFGHAN PEOPLE HAVE THAT RIGHT DROP OFF WHEN TALIBAN GROUPS WANTS TO DROP THIS RIGHT BY FEAR, THREATS AGAINST ABOUT WHO TAKE THE CIVIC RISK OF EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS OF VOTE.
In Afghanistan, have been conducted presidential elections, in which the current president, Hamid Karzai, is the big favorite for a second term facing Abdullah Abdullah. These elections have been conducted under the threat of the Taliban groups, who have told people not to vote with the threat of deadly attacks against polling places and against those who dared to use their civic right to vote.
With great courage of the Afghan people and especially women, who mostly went against that threat, were presented to the polls to vote.
Several polling centers Afghans, were burned, so that roads could not go to vote.

Few voters have been presented in the Afghan presidential vote, but who does not understand the citizen who threatened, thinks, risking my life to vote?, To risk my family to exercise my right to vote?, Who lived in a country where democracy, with the freedom that this entails and the responsibilities, you should not have to feel or think about it, that day should be one of the most happy, which they stand, to walk in peace with dignity, without fear, toward the center of vote and exercise their civic duty as a citizen, first as a citizen of each of us is, and that at this time terrorist groups, groups of different ideas but who can not respect the rights of others to think differently, they are not allowed .

What is the fear of the Taliban whether people vote? they decide that the Taliban must leave the country, the people told terrismo not the Taliban, its rules, that only ignorant people is to seek to enslave them, but have nothing to fear because they do not allow the Afghan people , the brave men and women who every day face death, fear, to walk the streets and a bullet that you can kill, to express their opinion.
Is that the Taliban groups, they do not want people to be free, that  can express by themselves, they can think for themselves, that make fear them, and for that take off Afghanistan and its people the right to vote, in the error , in the wisdom, but the right of every man, woman free citizen of a country, a citizen of a democracy is freedom to express their opinion, the right to vote for their rulers.

  1. This so nice, really nice, to see a nation on the scene and trying to make hopes for their future. But Afghans and Afaghanistan are in need of cultural help; as I strongly believe that It is the culture which breaks down the barriers and lead a nation into the rights paths. Afghans are in need of a long term cultural plan to get improved in mentality and philosophy. Are westerns really able to offer this great and crucial help to Afghans? Do the know how to do it? I doubt it!

    • i think as you a good education a culture always is the best way for a country, the population to rise them and to defent in the best way their own rights.
I do not know if western countries are prepare to help afghans in the best way or we only know to appear when there is an urgency problem and after that we dissapear as we appear and we leave them with more problems as in the begginer.
